Lana B Abusalah

A clinical nutrition expert with over 5 years of experience. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from an ACEND-accredited program and is certified as a Sport Nutrition Coach by NASM, as well as an Intuitive Eating Counselor. Lana specializes in sports nutrition, weight management, therapeutic diet plans for various health conditions, and women’s and children’s nutrition. With a passion for promoting intuitive eating and sustainable health habits, she is committed to helping clients of all ages achieve their nutrition and wellness goals
